___

This course is for anyone who has an adult diagnosis/awareness of ADHD and/or Autism. Your diagnosis/awareness has created openings for you to get supports you need.

You will find that many supports you need are not offered through traditional channels, including mainstream mental health establishments. Those establishments are reluctant to discuss or completely silent on why your diagnosis/awareness came in your adulthood; why you had to beg for help for most of your life.

This course adds extremely important social context about your diagnosis and about demands placed on you by society. It is only through understanding these demands and reframing them to fit your life narrative that you can really think about what your needs are and how to meet them.

The course content zooms out to the perspective of providers who care for late diagnosed adults. The 1 to 1 sessions zoom into your particular needs.

This course is delivered in 4 consecutive weeks.
